“Develop an ‘Attitude of Gratitude’ say thank you to everyone you meet for everything they do”

Gratitude practice is something I adopted a little over year ago. Although it is something I exercise in my morning routine, it’s more of an attitude, a way of life. In this article I explain my practices of mindfulness, gratitude, and meditation. When it comes to qualities that I admire in a person, self-awareness is one of the top things that come to mind. Being aware of your surroundings, how people feel around you, and the environment you create is very important. Be mindful of your life, your habits, and where you are spending your energy. Awareness is the first step to solving any problem or changing any habit.

We will also dive into being aware of time spent with technology and some scientific reasoning on why you may be feeling unsatisfied or unhappy in your daily routine. This article is about understanding different mindsets I’ve studied, and ways to grow. I really am thankful to be alive, and feel blessed to be given all the opportunities that I have. I’m especially grateful for this opportunity to share my insights, and especially for you; the people joining me in the pursuit of a better self.
